Quick Pesto

Ingredients

Based on 6-8 servings per recipe.

  • 40 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 10 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients, except the oil, in a food processor or blender until fine.
  2. With motor running, add oil slowly until well blended.
  3. Enjoy on hot pasta.
