Quick Pesto

Ingredients

Based on 6-8 servings per recipe.

  • 40 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 10 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients except the oil in food processor or blender until fine.
  2. With motor running, slowly add oil until well blended.
  3. Enjoy on hot pasta.
