Ingredients

Based on 4 servings per recipe.

  • 2 skinless, boneless breasts Chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Pat chicken dry, cube into bite-size nugget pieces.
  2. Dredge into mustard, then roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Put on baking sheet, bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
