Quick Chix- Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Based on 4 servings per recipe.
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Pat chicken dry, cube into bite-size nugget pieces.
Dredge into mustard, then roll in bread crumbs.
Put on baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes.
