Lemon Apple Honey Smoothie
Breakfast, Low Phosphorus, High Potassium, Low Protein, Low Sodium
Based on 4 (2/3 cup) servings per recipe.
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 1 Apple (Peeled and Cored)
- 1 Banana
- 2-3 teaspoons Honey
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (Frozen)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass.
