Fajita Flavor Marinade

Ingredients

Based on tbd servings per recipe.

  • 2 limes Fresh lime juice
  • 1 orange Fresh orange juice
  • 1 grapefruit Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 pepper Jalepeno, finely diced
  • 2 cloves (or 1/4 teaspoon) Garlic, crushed (or dried)

Preparation

  1. Comine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Pour over meat and/or vegetables to coat.
  3. Soak for at least one hour before pan-frying, grilling, or barbequing.
