Fajita Flavor Marinade
Sauces, Vegetarian, Low Phosphorus, Low Potassium, Low Protein, Low Sodium
Based on tbd servings per recipe.
- 2 limes Fresh lime juice
- 1 orange Fresh orange juice
- 1 grapefruit Fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 pepper Jalepeno, finely diced
- 2 cloves (or 1/4 teaspoon) Garlic, crushed (or dried)
- Comine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour over meat and/or vegetables to coat.
- Soak for at least one hour before pan-frying, grilling, or barbequing.
