Sweet Potato Fries

Based on 4 servings per recipe.

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • small amount non-stick cooking spray or salad oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/8″ thick slices (soak to lower the potassium).
  3. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or wipe with salad oil.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes.
