- 2 Sweet potatoes
- small amount Non-stick cooking spray or salad oil
Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/8″ thick slices (soak to lower the potassium)
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or wipe with salad oil.
- Put on baking sheet, bake at 500 for 15 minutes
