Shaker Chicken in Cider Cream

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (Boned)
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Half and Half

Preparation

  1. Brown chicken in margarine.
  2. Add cider; simmer about 20 mins.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Boil cider until reduced to 1/4 cup.
  5. Add half and half over heat; whisk until slightly thickened.
  6. Pour cream sauce over chicken.
