Shaker Chicken in Cider Cream

- 4 Chicken Breasts (Boned)
- 2 tablespoons Margarine
- 3/4 cup Apple Cider
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
Brown chicken in margarine.
Add cider; simmer about 20 mins.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Boil cider until reduced to 1/4 cup.
Add half and half over heat; whisk until slightly thickened.
Pour cream sauce over chicken.
