Dilled Fish

Ingredients

Based on tbd servings per recipe.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Fresh, Firm White Fish
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Onion (Minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Dash Pepper

Preparation

  1. Rinse fish and pat it dry.
  2. Arrange in baking dish.
  3. Combine onion, mustard, dill weed, and pepper in 2 tablespoons water.
  4. Add lemon juice to spice and pour evenly over fish.
  5. Bake uncovered in preheat 475 degree for 17-20 mins.
