Spicy Honey Mustard Chicken

Dinner, Low Phosphorus, Low Potassium, High Protein, Low Sodium


Based on 6 servings per recipe.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Chicken pieces, skinless
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken pieces on a large baking sheet.
  3. Mix mustard, honey and Mrs. Dash in small bowl.
  4. Brush each piece with mustard mixture.
  5. Cover pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove cover and brush w/ remaining mustard mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.
