Based on 8 (2 tablespoons each) servings per recipe.

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, chopped
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Whisk together mustard, shallots, pepper, chili powder, and vinegar.
  2. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
  3. Taste and add additional chili powder or pepper to taste.
