Master Ground Beef Mix

Dinner, High Protein, Low Sodium


Based on serving is 4 ounces raw (3 ounces cooked) servings per recipe.

  • 2.5 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (Low Sodium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Pepper
  • 4 slices White Bread (Cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Milk


  1. Fry, Bake, or BBQ Be sure to cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees.
