Julia Child’s Easy Ice Cream
Desserts, Low Phosphorus, Low Potassium, Low Protein, Low Sodium
Based on 4 servings per recipe.
- 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Make sure the fruit is frozen hard. Do not thaw.
- Break into large chunks, add to cream in food processor or mixer (if using mixer, break into smaller pieces).
- Beat until mixture becomes very thick and fluffy.
