Julia Child’s Easy Ice Cream

Ingredients

Based on 4 servings per recipe.

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen fresh fruit
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 pint Whipping Cream

Preparation

  1. Make sure the fruit is frozen hard. Do not thaw.
  2. Break into large chunks, add to cream in food processor or mixer (if using mixer, break into smaller pieces).
  3. Beat until mixture becomes very thick and fluffy.
  4. Enjoy!
