Ginger Cranberry Punch

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled, sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar


  1. Bring juice and ginger to a simmer in a large pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat to infuse flavor, about 20 minutes.
  3. Add lime juice and sugar, stir till dissolved.
  4. Strain and serve.
