Ginger Cranberry Punch

- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled, sliced thin
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Bring juice and ginger to a simmer in a large pan.
- Cook over medium heat to infuse flavor, about 20 minutes.
- Add lime juice and sugar, stir till dissolved.
- Strain and serve.
