  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, granulated
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, blend all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Rub on pork or chicken before cooking.
