Northwest Kidney Centers is committed to providing the best quality of care to our patients, and part of that commitment includes regularly asking both our patients and our physician partners for feedback on improving our services.
We’re pleased to report very positive results from the most recent round of surveys, which are conducted at least annually by independent third parties.
In the most recent patient survey conducted by Medicare:
- 68% of our patients gave our dialysis care teams the highest rating, compared to a national average of 64%.
- 75% gave their dialysis center the top ranking compared to a national average of 69%
These scores are the percent of respondents who gave the highest possible scores: 9 or 10 on 10-point scale, “always” or “yes” responses.
Our physicians also showed a resounding appreciation for the care our teams provide according to a survey done earlier this year:
- 96% of physicians noted that our staff provides high quality care
- 97% of physicians said they work well with our care teams
