In Memory of Lee J. “Papa” Holloway
1940 - 2017
Lee J. “Papa” Holloway died peacefully at home on May 10, 2017 in North Bend, Washington at the age of 76.
Lee is survived by his wife Sharon; children Debra Smallman (Steve), Rodney, Brian (Janet), and Mike (Amy) Holloway; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Lee grew up in Payette, Idaho. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1962 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He married Sharon Carpenter, his high school sweetheart, in 1961. After moving to Seattle, Lee began working for HNTB, where he spent his entire career and eventually retired as a Civil Engineer.
