Rx 365 instructions
Northwest Kidney Centers is using a new free app called Rx365 on Android and IOS. Stay connected with your pharmacy, refill prescriptions and more. Please refer to the FAQ's below for any questions or reach out to your pharmacist at 206-343-4870.
FAQ
After searching for your pharmacy, select register.
- Enter the following in register.

- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Recent prescription number (which can be located on your prescription label)
- Password
- Select a method to verify your account > send verification.
4. Enter your verification code > verify account.
5. Once verified, select continue to log in and log in.
Logging into Rx365
Use the directions below to log into Rx365.
- From the homepage, select login > complete the following > log In.

- Enter the email you registered with
- Enter the password you created
- Enable Face ID (optional)
Use the directions below to update insurance information.
- Under profile, go to insurance card.
2. Select add new card.
3. Upload images of the card > select the card type > save changes.
4. Once saved, you can complete one of the following (optional).

- Tap remove card to remove the card from your profile.
- Select add new card to upload additional insurance cards.
Use the directions below to complete transfer in requests with Rx365.
- Under profile, go to transfer In > enter the following information > review.

- Pharmacy name
- Pharmacy phone number
- Pharmacy city
- Pharmacy state
- Rx number
- Select enter another Rx number to add additional prescriptions (optional)
- Confirm the details are correct > submit.
- Go to medications and select a medication that is ready for refill.
⚠️NOTE: Select refill multiple to submit more than one prescription.
- Select Request Refill.
3. Select when you’d like the refill to be ready (e.g., date and time).
4. Select OK to confirm.
- Under profile, select tax report.
- Complete the following > view report.

- Select a starting date
- Select an ending date
- The prescription tax report opens.
