Nurse Manager
Responsibilities
Assists Clinical Director in the operations of the dialysis facility for the day and evening shifts. The position is responsible for the unit while on duty including medicine, equipment, staff and patients as well as taking patient assignments. The position will serve as a clinical resource person for the facility's staff, patients, and other persons, as well as coordinate or perform special project duties and responsiblities. In addition, the position will analyze and track data, including lab results, collected by the patient care staff to identify trends and the need for intervention in order to improve outcomes for the patient.
Requirements
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Preferred dialysis and management experience.
Shift
South-End Float. 8:00AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri. Previous leadership and dialysis experience desirable. Requires local travel, must have valid WA ST drivers and proof of insurance. Must have WA RN Lic.
