Naming Northwest Kidney Centers in your will or trust – or as a beneficiary of your 401(k), IRA or insurance policy after your lifetime – is easy. These gifts ensure that we will have resources to serve individuals with kidney disease in our community for many years to come.

Please use our legal designation language to name us in your will or other documents.

If you don’t yet have an estate plan, our downloadable guide can help you get started. If you already have a will or trust in place, your attorney can prepare a simple codicil or amendment adding Northwest Kidney Centers.
