Strawberry Bars

Ingredients

Based on 24 servings per recipe.

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Strawberry Jam

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Stir oil until crumbly.
  3. Add egg, water, vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Press 2/3 of batter in a 9×13 inch pan (greased).
  5. Spread evenly with jam.
  6. Use remaining batter to make flat crumbs on top.
  7. Bake 400 degree for 25-30 mins.
  8. Cool in pan and cut into 24 bars.
