Based on 24 servings per recipe.
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Strawberry Jam
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Stir oil until crumbly.
Add egg, water, vanilla extract and mix well.
Press 2/3 of batter in a 9×13 inch pan (greased).
Spread evenly with jam.
Use remaining batter to make flat crumbs on top.
Bake 400 degree for 25-30 mins.
Cool in pan and cut into 24 bars.
