Based on 6 servings per recipe.
- 2 pounds Fresh rhubarb (sliced 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup Grapefruit juice
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
Combine rhubarb in a saucepan with the grapefruit juice and sugar.
Boil for 2 to 5 minutes or just until tender.
Do not overcook or it will become mushy.
Let cool, then chill thoroughly.
