The Clinical Operations Support Nurse (COSN) is responsible to the CD of Quality Initiatives and Operations support (CD of QI and OS) for Employee Health Services as well as all aspects of the safety Alert System. The position assists in the coordination all aspects of Employee Health Services, this includes but is not limited to communications with, employees, volunteers in the dialysis units, visitors of patients, patients, physicians, hospitals, and other persons or organization and employee flu campaign, vaccinations, testing for Tuberculosis, necessary lab draws, needle stick prophylaxis, new employee orientation, management of Employee Health Services records and ensuring that employees are properly immunized as required.
The position works collaboratively with the Infection Prevention and Safety Officers and the Employee Health Nurse to achieve companywide goals. This position will also take call on a regular basis to support NKC.
Current Washington State RN license plus two years previous healthcare experience required. Prefer experience in Employee Health Services as well as Dialysis experience.
Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License, proof of insurance and ability to travel to all NKC's facilities.
8:00AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri. 2 years of clinical experience required. WA RN license required. Valid WA drivers license and proof of insurance required. Local travel required.
