Be inspired as you join others passionate about fighting kidney disease.
NBA legend Lenny Wilkens
Well-known to Seattlites, Wilkens starred for the Sonics and later coached them to the championship in 1979. He is one of two people in the NBA Hall of Fame as player and coach. Throughout his storied career he’s been a staunch supporter of social and family causes, such as the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic here in Seattle.
A crowd of more than 650 people is expected at this year’s Breakfast of Hope.
All of the monies raised at the event will support Northwest Kidney Centers patient-family support services and charity care.
Joyce Jackson, president and CEO of Northwest Kidney Centers, will engage the community of supporters with a message of hope for people currently challenged with kidney disease and for the future of kidney research which holds greater promise today than every before.
Get up close and personal with inspirational patient stories!
