Sweet Potato Fries

Based on 4 servings per recipe.

  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • small amount Non-stick cooking spray or salad oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/8″ thick slices (soak to lower the potassium)
  2. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or wipe with salad oil.
  3. Put on baking sheet, bake at 500 for 15 minutes
