Ingredients

Based on 4 (2/3 cup) servings per recipe.

  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Apple (Peeled and Cored)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2-3 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (Frozen)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall chilled glass.
