Storing Spices
  • Keep in cool, dry, place and preferably not in direct sunlight.
  • Watch for fading of color; the darker the color the fresher.
  • Keep in glass jars (3-6 months) for optimum fresh flavor.
  • Keep fresh, cut herbs in a jar of water like flowers.
