Snack 1/2 c low calorie lemon pudding
Evening Spaghetti 1 c meat sauce (use lots of meat) 1 1/2 c noodles 1 slice French bread with margarine 1 c tossed green salad with dressing
Snack 1 apple 1/2 c milk
