Morning
2 slices French toast with margarine and sugar-free syrup
1/2 c apple juice

Snack
Hard boiled egg with mayonnaise

Noon
Sandwich
3 oz pork chop (sliced)
2 slices bread
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 lettuce leaf
1/2 c low sodium soup (or homemade)

Snack
1/2 c low calorie lemon pudding

Evening
Spaghetti
1 c meat sauce (use lots of meat)
1 1/2 c noodles
1 slice French bread with margarine
1 c tossed green salad with dressing

Snack
1 apple
1/2 c milk
