Now that you have chosen some light exercise you enjoy, keep track of how you do for the next week using the log on the following pages. To get the most benefit, you need to do regular exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week. Keep track in minutes per day. Ask for more exercise logs when you need them.
