1/2 English muffin with peanut butter

Noon
Sandwich
3 oz meatloaf
2 slices bread
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 lettuce leaf
1/2 c berries (fresh or frozen) with
1/2 c plain yogurt

Snack
1 slice angel food cake

Evening
6 oz pork chop
1/2 c scalloped potatoes
1/2 c spinach
1 c tossed green salad with dressing
1 slice bread with margarine
1 c fruit cocktail (juice pack)

Snack
3 ginger snaps
