Most Northwest Kidney Centers (NKC) patients spend 4 hours a day, 3 times a week sitting in a dialysis chair. Each chair provides a comfortable and medically appropriate place for a patient to receive life-sustaining dialysis. NKC must replace about fifty chairs per year.
Home Hemodialysis Machines
Home dialysis offers patients convenience and superior outcomes. NKC has the largest Home Dialysis program in the country. NKC provides qualified patients with a machine, training, and technical assistance.
Staff Development Fund
Human capital, NKC's staff, is one of our most important assets. Our Staff Development fund allows NKC's staff to attend conferences and training programs which keeps us informed of the very latest information in the ever-changing field of kidney research.
