Calling all creative cooks!

Enter Northwest Kidney Centers' recipe contest - submit your best kidney-healthy recipe by Feb. 19. Encourage your friends to enter too.

The winning recipe will be showcased in the cookbook we’ll distribute at the Kidney Health Fest for African American Families on June 5th at Van Asselt Elementary in Seattle. Authors of the top three recipes will receive gift cards. 

 

Easy rules: Your recipe is low in salt and low in sugar, and you live in Washington.
