Your Northwest Kidney Centers financial coordinator is knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid, insurance issues, the best sources for low-cost medication and how to apply for all the funding you qualify for.

Your coordinator’s goal is to help you find and keep the funding needed to pay for your chronic kidney disease care. Call and let your coordinator know about any changes in your phone number or address. It is best to talk to your coordinator before making any changes in marital status, income, job or employment and medical insurance coverage, all of which can affect your funding.
