Leadership

NKC is governed by a Board of Trustees representing medical, business, and civic leaders who serve one-, two-, or three-year terms of office.

The Board has adopted a set of bylaws, which deal specifically with membership, meetings, committees, officers, and administrative and financial responsibilities.

The Board of Trustees has a number of standing committees including an Executive Committee, a Finance Committee, External Affairs Committee, Quality Assessment Committee, and a Strategic Direction Committee.

Administrative offices are located at 700 Broadway in the Haviland Kidney Center and at the Blagg Pavilion located in Lake Forest Park.
