Executive Assistant


The Executive Assistant is responsible for secretarial and administrative support services provided to the President/CEO, Chief Medical Officer, Medical Staff, Board members, and other designated persons. The position is also responsible for facilitating executive office activities and communications with other person or organizations, for operating computers and other office service equipment; and for performing confidential and/or project duties. The Executive Assistant also answer non-routine correspondence and assembles confidential and sensitive information. The Executive Assistant deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures, and supervise the administrative secretary.


Equivalent of HS graduate level studies plus a year of community college or business school training in office related subjects. 4 years of executive level administrative support. Experienced in healthcare helpful. Prior experienced as Executive Assistant required. Driver's license and car required.


Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience supporting senior management or executive experience with responsibilities for administrative support to an executive.
