CKD & Quality Initiatives Program Specialist

Responsibilities

The CKD and Quality Initiatives Program Specialist, under the direction of
the CKD Manager and the CKD and Quality Initiatives Medical Advisor,
collaborates with the CKD staff in the planning, development and
implementation of projects, reports, education, and presentations on behalf
of the CKD department and quality initiative including population health and
ESCO.
The position will serve as the lead contact for tracking and organizing CKD
data, preparing reports, and maintaining CKD resources on the
organizational intranet (KNet). Additionally, this position with collaborate
with the Project Coordinator who is the analyst supporting Quality Initiative
projects.

Requirements

The CKD and Quality Initiatives Program Specialist must have a Bachelor’s
degree in relevant area. Experience may be substituted for college degree.
Must have excellent analytical skills, knowledge and ability to work with
statistics, ability to track, organize and synthesize data, and produce
accurate reports in a variety of software programs.
1. Must have creative ability to effectively display data and key messaging
to a variety of stakeholders.
2. Capable of working independently and managing time effectively is
required.
3. Understanding of medical terminology required; previous experience with
chronic kidney disease and nephrology is preferred.

Shift

40hrs./week 8:00AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri must have excellent analytical skills, demonstrated knowledge of statistics, advanced MS Office skills, ability to generate reports in various software suites. BS Deg
