The CKD Program Assistant is responsible to the CKD Manager for coordinating department sponsored events, classes, workshops and health screenings. Performs clerical and office services functions, maintains a CKD database and functions as the point of contact for patients, vendors and guests. This position is also responsible for communications w/ patients, physicians and other persons or organizations; for operating telephones, computers, fax machines and other equipment, or other project duties when required. This position is also responsible for ordering and maintaining CKD supplies and educational materials.
The CKD Assistant should have the equivalent of HS diploma w/ some college preferred. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products is required. The CKD Assistant must have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and pay attention to details. Medical terminology preferred. Driver's license and car required
AA Degree, phone skills, customer service proficient with Office Suite
Ability to multi task.
