Patient Financial Services

Dialysis treatment can be complex and expensive. Northwest Kidney Centers’ Patient Financial Services department can help you understand and manage your coverage from Medicare, private insurance, Washington State Kidney Disease Program, or Medicaid. They can also help you find the best sources for low-cost medication. If necessary, your financial case manager can help you seek and apply for additional funding.

Your case manager’s goal is to help you find and continue the funding needed to pay for your chronic kidney disease care. Call and let your coordinator know about any changes in your phone number or address. It is best to talk to your coordinator before making any changes in marital status, income, job or medical insurance coverage, all of which can affect your funding.
